Welcome to Faces Ink, where we strive to deliver high-quality, custom-made apparel to customers all around the globe. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping practices:

Processing Times
All our products are made-to-order, which means each item you purchase is uniquely crafted for you. Processing times vary by product, typically ranging from 2-7 business days. We do our best to ensure your items are shipped out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping option you choose at checkout. We’ve partnered with Printful to offer a range of shipping options to fit your needs:

- Standard Shipping: Cheaper but it takes longer
- Priority Shipping: More expensive but it gets to you faster

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and the items in your order.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Please note, however, that shipping times can vary significantly based on your location, customs, and import duties. Faces Ink is not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with you and our printing partner, Printful, to resolve the issue, whether it means reshipping the order or providing a refund.

Return Address  
Should there be any issues requiring the return of your product, our default return address is to the Printful facility that fulfilled your order. The specific addresses are outlined in our Return Policy.

Please contact us before returning any products. We value your satisfaction and will guide you through the return process.

Order Modifications & Cancellations  
Due to our quick processing times, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. However, we encourage you to contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction means we strive to ensure every product is perfect. However, if any issues arise with your order, such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, we're here to help.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please report issues within 30 days of delivery. We cover expenses for errors on our part, arranging replacements or refunds at no extra cost.

  • Lost Packages: For orders lost in transit, report no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll handle these promptly, ensuring a smooth resolution.

Before Returning: We ask that customers contact us before sending any items back to us. This helps us provide you with the best possible support and instructions, ensuring your return is processed efficiently.

Return Address: Your store's return address defaults to Printful's facilities, determined by the fulfillment location:​

  • Canada: Returns to Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4, Canada.

  • Latvia: Returns to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.

  • Spain: Returns to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.

  • UK: Returns to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.

  • Australia: Returns to specific addresses based on the type of order (apparel, non-apparel, phone cases).

  • Japan: Returns to Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.

  • Brazil: Returns to Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791, Armazém 111, Galpão 02, CEP 25251-460, Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brasil.

  • US and Mexico: Returns to Charlotte at 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

Disclaimer: The return address should be used only for returning purchased items. Other correspondence will be returned to the sender, as we cannot legally open items not addressed to us.

Once a return package reaches our facility, we’ll notify you via email. The next steps will depend on the reason for the return.
